We do not offer product exchanges. Each piece is carefully prepared, so we recommend reviewing measurements and product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

We accept returns within 5 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs associated with returns are the sole responsibility of the customer, both within Argentina and for international orders.

We do not accept returns on custom-made items, dental jewelry, or products purchased on sale or clearance.

Once the product is received and its condition has been verified, the corresponding refund will be issued. Please note that refunds may take between 5 and 10 business days to be processed, depending on the payment method used.
